US Blockade of Cuba Overwhelmingly Condemned at UN

HAVANA, Cuba, Oct 29 (acn) The United Nations General Assembly todayadopted a resolution condemning the US economic, commercial andfinancial blockade of Cuba, with 185 votes in favor, 3 against and twoabstentions.

Once again the George W. Bush administration remained unquestionablyisolated in its attempts to re-colonize the Caribbean country andtopple the Cuban Revolution.

This is the seventeenth year in a row that the International Communitycondemns the US blockade of Cuba at the United Nations General Assembly.
