Rally for Gaza

Friday, 1/9 @ 2pm rally @ Loring Park, followed by a march to downtown

GAZA IS UNDER ATTACK! WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT? STAND UP AND FIGHT BACK FOR HUMANITY! As the situation in Gaza worsens we need to continue to condemn Israel's military action and to support the innocent Muslims and Christians who are suffering in Palestine. We will meet in LORING PARK and start marching at 2:00 sharp. The march will take us through downtown and then we will head back to Loring Park for a speech. Please come help us speak out against the indiscriminate killings and apartheid in Palestine! Spread the word! We need to voice our disapproval of Israel's actions and America's aid to them! There is a weekly Vigil to End the Occupation of Palestine every Friday. This week's events make this vigil even more important. The weekly protesters are expecting counter protesters and would like more supporters to stand with them against the massacre in Gaza. Organized by WAMM. Endorsed by the MN Coalition of Gaza. Sunday, 1/11 @ 2:30 @ Sabes Jewish Community Center, 4330 S Cedar lake Road, St Louis Park

A pro-Israel solidarity event is scheduled at the Sabes Jewish Community Center. We are expecting many politicians to attend this rally and to defend the current massacre in Gaza. The International Jewish Anti-Zionist Network will be holding a press conference and counter protest outside the gates at 2:30. The goal of the event is to show that the Jewish community doesn't speak with one voice and to encourage our politicians and community to be critical of Israel.
